1. SPONSOR: The Sponsor is Defending America’s Future, located at: PO BOX 30844, BETHESDA, MD, 20824.

2. ENTRY PERIOD: The Defending America’s Future “Las Vegas Trump Hotel” Sweepstakes (The “Promotion”) begins on February 17, 2025, at 8:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on May 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received by May 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

3. ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open to citizens and permanent residents (green card holders) of the United States who are legal residents of one of the fifty states, Puerto Rico, or the District of Columbia and are at least 18 years of age (19 years of age in AL and NE, 21 years of age in MS) or older at the time of entry. Entrants making a contribution must conform to federal contribution limitations and prohibitions as listed on the Sponsor’s contribution page. Directors, officers, national chairs, ongoing contractors, service providers, and employees of Sponsor and its agents, or the immediate families of each, are not eligible to enter or win.

4. ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE OR CONTRIBUTION IS REQUIRED TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES. There are two ways to enter the Promotion online:

A. To enter by making a contribution, click here and follow the directions on the contribution page. Make a contribution pursuant to the limitations and prohibitions of federal law, as listed on the contribution page. Upon completion and submission of the Promotion-related contribution, you will be automatically entered with one (1) entry into the Promotion.

Contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes, and must be made from your own funds. Contributions may not be provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of making a donation, and you may not make a donation with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.

B. To enter for free without making a contribution, click here and follow the directions on the free entry page to complete and submit an entry form. Upon receipt of the entry, you will be automatically entered with one (1) entry into the Promotion.

For both entry options above, entrants must follow form instructions and complete all necessary fields in order to submit an entry. Receipt of entries will not be confirmed by Sponsor. Entries must be received during the Entry Period. If you are entering via a mobile device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply.

Automated and/or third-party entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or identifying information. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses or any other method will void all of that entrant’s entries, and that entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion. Normal Internet, phone and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected or illegible entries; lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware) or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter or provided on a mail-in entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win.

6. ERRORS AND ENTRY PROBLEMS: Sponsor is not responsible for computer, communication, or network problems or other submission errors that result in late or damaged entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any potential entrant’s failed attempt to upload or download any information in connection with the Promotion, or any technical malfunction that occurs during the entry process.

7. PRIZE DESCRIPTION: One (1) winner will receive the following prize package (the “Prize”):

●  Two (2) round-trip economy-class airline tickets to Las Vegas, NV, from the 48 contiguous states or Washington, D.C. (maximum value: $3,500 total).

●  A two (2)-night stay in the Penthouse suite at Trump Hotel Las Vegas ($2,000 total), including complimentary limo service to and from the airport.

●  A full-service spa treatment for two (2) at the Spa at Trump ($800 total).

●  A $200 Uber gift card for transportation.

●  A $500 meal gift card for on-site restaurants.

●  A $500 MGM gift card.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of this prize is $7,500 USD.

8. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or any other items. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.  The Prize value may be taxable as income under federal, state, or local laws, and all such taxes, fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of the Prize not specifically stated herein, including, but not limited to, change of air travel fees, ground transportation , travel insurance, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, travel between a potential winner’s jurisdiction of residence and the 48 contiguous United States (if potential winner is a resident of AK, HI, or Puerto Rico), and/or other expenses, are the responsibility solely of winner. The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the Prize.

Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Promotion. If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, prize winner will be selected in accordance with the winner selection method described above from among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims to award the advertised number of prizes available. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of the Prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or those outside of their control. If the fulfilling merchant cancels the order for reasons out of Sponsor’s control, the prize will not be delivered and no additional compensation will be provided.

ARV of prize may vary depending on point of departure, travel dates and fare/rate fluctuations. Winner is not entitled to difference between value of prize as stated in these Official Rules and value on date of travel. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Prize winner and his/her travel companion must be able to travel on dates to be determined by Sponsor. Exact dates of travel to be determined at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor, or another agent acting on Sponsor’s behalf, will decide and otherwise determine Prize-related and travel details. Sponsor or its agents will determine which airport is closest to the winner’s home; if winner resides within a 150-mile radius of Las Vegas, NV, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute round-trip ground transportation to/from winner’s residence in lieu of air transportation. Winner and travel companion must travel together. No compensation will be awarded in lieu of the difference in the ARV for the prize for a local resident and the ARV for a prize winner who is not a local resident. Travel is subject to availability and blackout dates. Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports as necessary. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent and on an airline carrier of Sponsor’s choice. If required, winner must be available to travel on dates specified by Sponsor or risk forfeiting Prize. Certain travel restrictions may apply. Winner’s travel companion must be at time of Prize fulfillment the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which s/he resides (and at least eighteen (18) years of age), unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and must complete and return a liability/publicity release and any other documentation required by Sponsor prior to prize award. If travel companion is a minor in his/her state of residence, minor’s parent/legal guardian must complete and return all releases on behalf of minor. If winner elects to travel or participate in the Prize travel with fewer than one (1) travel companion, no additional compensation will be awarded. If winner elects to travel or participate in prize travel with more than one (1) travel companion, such additional persons shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with such travel. Winner and travel companion are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option, and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not obtained and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.

No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or Prize-related event except at Sponsor’s discretion. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion and those set forth by Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or other transportation companies shall constitute the sole contracts with respect to the prize winner’s and his/her travel companion’s transportation, and such contracts shall be solely between the prize winner, his/her travel companion and such transportation companies. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets will not be replaced or exchanged. With the exception of stopovers approved in advance at Sponsor’s sole discretion, no stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as part of the prize. If a stopover occurs, the prize travel will terminate and winner and his/her travel companion will be responsible for the full fare, which will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Airline tickets issued in connection with the prize may not be eligible for frequent flyer miles or upgrades.

Winner and travel companion must comply with all hotel check-in requirements, including, but not limited to, the presentation of a payment card. Air transportation and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, DIVERSIONS OR SUBSTITUTIONS OR ANY ACT OR OMISSIONS WHATSOEVER BY ANY AIR CARRIER(S) OR OTHER TRANSPORTATION COMPANIES, LODGING AND/OR OTHER HOSPITALITY PROVIDERS, ENTERTAINMENT PROVIDERS OR SIMILAR THIRD PARTIES, OR ANY OTHER PERSONS PROVIDING ANY OF THESE SERVICES TO WINNERS, INCLUDING ANY RESULTS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COSTS OR INJURIES) THEREOF, SUCH AS CHANGES IN SERVICES OR ACCOMMODATIONS NECESSITATED BY SAME.

In the event winner and/or travel companion engages in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor) is obnoxious or threatening or illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the travel early and send winner and/or travel companion home with no further obligations or compensation whatsoever to winner and/or travel companion (which may, in Sponsor’s discretion, result in such winner’s disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of any (and/or all) prize(s)). In the event winner or travel companion engages in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor) is illegal, tortious, or subjects winner or travel companion to arrest or detention, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by winner or travel companion as a result of such conduct. SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY TRAVEL RELATED TO THE PRIZE OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF PRIZE WINNER’S OR TRAVEL COMPANION’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE.

9. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS:  Sponsor will select the name of the potential winner of the Prize in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will occur on or about May 19, 2025. The winner will be notified no later than May 21, 2025, by email or telephone.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted in person via email or telephone after the first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility (defined below) within the required time period (if applicable), or in the event that the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. 

THE POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

10. WINNER RESTRICTIONS: As a condition of receipt of the Prize, except where prohibited by law, the winners must execute and deliver to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility. The winner must respond to his/her notification and complete and return the Affidavit of Eligibility or any other documentation that Sponsor may require within five (5) days of notification in order to be awarded the Prize.

ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION.  AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

11. COPYRIGHTS & TRADEMARKS: The marks associated with this Promotion are the sole property of Sponsor. Third party marks are property of their respective owners. All Promotion materials, including these Rules, are copyrighted works owned by Defending America’s Future.

REQUESTING RULES, NAME OF WINNERS, OR DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE: To receive a copy of these Official Rules or the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Defending America’s Future, PO BOX 30844, BETHESDA, MD, 20824. Requests for Official Rules must be received by June 14, 2025. The winner’s name may be obtained beginning May 19, 2025. Vermont residents may omit return postage.

14. INTERPRETATIONS & DISPUTES: This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s interpretation thereof. All interpretations of the Rules and other Promotion materials shall be made at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Maryland in the courts therein and shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action;  (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion not to exceed fifty U.S. dollars (US$50.00), but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

15. VIOLATION OF RULES & LAW: Entrants who attempt to violate or who violate these Official Rules will be disqualified. Entrants who tamper with Sponsor’s computer or network systems, or other systems, in an attempt to disrupt the Promotion or increase chances of winning, or violate any law governing this Promotion, will be reported to relevant authorities and disqualified.

SEVERABILITY: If any terms or provisions of the Official Rules are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect; except where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to change the Official Rules at any time, or withdraw, limit, modify or cancel the Prize.

PRIVACY POLICY AND USE OF DATA: Information collected from entrants is subject to WinRed Technical Services, LLC’s Privacy Policy, available at https://winred.com/privacy, and to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrants will be placed on Sponsor’s contact list to receive campaign updates but may opt out at any time.
